111 Pearl Street is Acknowledged by the SHPO

The State Historic Preservation Office, a division of the Department of Economic and Community Development, recognizes 111 Pearl Street as a rehabilitation success.

Girona Ventures of New York is the owner of the property along with 101 Pearl Street next door. The apartments are seeing success with a current occupancy level at 93 per cent. The sister property at 101 Pearl is also currently leasing. Girona Ventures is the owner of the Spectra Boutique Apartments at 5 Consitution Plaza in downtown Hartford. This location was another successful rehabilitation of a long-vacant hotel property completed with both federal and state historic tax credits.
