Spinnaker Real Estate Partners of Norwalk, CT, (Spinnaker) was selected by the City of Hartford through an RFP process to develop two city blocks located at the intersection of Park and Main Streets.

The city council approved a Land Disposition Agreement to transfer the parcels to Spinnaker for the construction of two housing structures consisting of 126 apartment units. The residence will be a mixture of 18 studio, 84 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom with 20 percent being workforce-affordable rate and 80 percent market-based rate. Over 22,700 square feet of retail space will be located at the street level of the two buildings. This unique project will use modular sections constructed in Pennsylvania, delivered, and then assembled at the site.

The Capital Region Development Authority is providing a $8.4 million to the $26,443,763 project.
