The developer, Peabody Unlimited, LLC, (Peabody) converted the building into six residential apartments: two studios, two one-bedroom and two one-bedroom with loft units. The total project cost was $1,127,650 of which Peabody provided $185,000 in equity and CRDA a $332,650 loan. Other funding sources include $420,000 from the Hartford Loan Fund and $190,000 from State Historic Credits. The CRDA funds were used for construction and associated soft costs.
